  Visited what I consider the best dermatologist in town because of an ugly lump on my chin and was told that if removed I would be left with a scar. I visited Dr. Phan and he tried a different approach using a shot with a fine needle. As always, he was again my hero, no scar at all and the lump after 2 visits has flatten out to the point that I no longer need to use makeup to hide it. Looking forward to my chemical peel next month, everything he has done has left me looking so much younger with absolutely no pain at all. He is such a perfectionist, I would never trust anyone else for any type of procedure. Everything looks nature as can be as well.

  Dr. Phan is the best! I instantly knew he was someone i could trust with my breast augmentation. He is not only skilled and educated in what he does but he is also very comforting, and caring for his patients. After my consultation he took the time to answer all my questions that would pop up in my head randomly, when i would email him he would respond quickly. When it came time to figuring out a perfect surgery date he and his staff were so friendly and helpful. Surgery day went smoothly and perfect thanks to Dr. Phan and his awesome staff! My husband and I were very impressed with everything and we highly recommend Dr.Phan!

  My first impression of Dr. Phan was that he was a little arrogant, but man he backs it all up! His work is SUPERIOR QUALITY. We chose the perfect size implant and it looks so naturally good. His whole team is awesome. From the office staff Akiko and Danielle was very helpful. Every time I had a question they were always willing to help and talk to me or answer the millions of questions I had. My nurse Maile during the surgery was so sweet and the anesthesiologist/CRNA Ed had everything down perfectly. If you care about Precision Dr. Phan is the doctor to choose. Thank you Dr. Phan and the whole team at Hawaii Plastic Surgery Institute for making me feel even more beautiful.
